Summertime is often a time where schedules and routines get thrown out for play, travel, adventure, and a sense of timelessness. The flip side of all that is wonderful about summer- is a feeling of chaos, time flying by, and missing the routines that provided a sense of balance. The Serenity Summer Retreat is a day-long women’s retreat is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul—offering a gentle escape to restore balance and clarity.  

• Together, we’ll explore inspiring insights from Pema Chödrön’s book "The Wisdom of No Escape", discovering how these teachings can support you on your personal journey. Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy a meditation at the nearby reservoir, soaking in nature’s serenity.  The day includes a lovely lunch, gentle movement exercises to energize and detoxify, and professional facial treatments to revitalize your summer skin.

You’ll take home a gift bag with all sorts of wonderful skincare goodies. You’ll leave feeling renewed, connected to your inner world, centered and clear. I’m so excited to have you come to this very special day!
