Serenity Summer Retreat
You are warmly invited to the Serenity Summer Retreat--Each retreat is a unique experience, yet all share the essence of an oasis—a sacred pause from life’s busyness. It’s a time to recharge, reconnect with yourself and others in a heartfelt way, and fill your inner well of joy. Through nourishing self-care practices, you’ll leave feeling not only refreshed but also equipped with tools to support your well-being long after the retreat ends.
During our time together, we will explore some of the insightful teachings from Pema Chödrön's book The Wisdom of No Escape. We’ll discover how humor, gentleness, and compassion can help us navigate the wild ride of life. You’re welcome to read or listen to the book beforehand, or simply enjoy my weekly messages highlighting thought-provoking passages—whichever feels most supportive for you.
Join us for a day of renewal, reflection, and sisterhood.
What to Expect:
Pampering and Play: Enjoy a fun, relaxing experience reminiscent of a sleepover—play with skincare, indulge in hands-on Reiki and/or massage, and watch your stresses melt away.
Reflection and Insight: Turn inward with journaling prompts, meditation, and moments of deep contemplation. Explore inspiring and uplifting ways to meet life's challenges, nurture your compassion, and allow your inner wisdom to shine.
Gentle Movement: Elevate and detoxify your energy through mindful movements.
Connection and Meditation: Deepen your bond with your inner guidance and fellow heart-centered women. Enhance your insights through guided meditation, and experience the collective energy of the group which reminds you you're not walking through the journey of life alone. Let the collective energy of the group foster a profound feeling of peace, renewal, and inner harmony.
Nourishing Lunch: Enjoy a healthy, light, and delicious meal to nurture your body.
